Job Update, July 1, 2017

Still applying, but with no interview offers. I received a few “sorry, but…” emails. The only positive email I received was from Amazon, who assured me that I’m still in the running. I have a new subscriber to this blog when brings me to a total of three. (Thank you!)

So, now I’m going the online money route, surveys and whatnot. It’s tedious, but we do what we must—and there are far worse things people must do for money! I think that the copy-writing and transcribing is very promising, but I’m going to have to learn to manage my time better: block out certain hours for those methods of earning and block out another time segment for writing here and at Da Tech Guy. I can do it!

Also, I’ve been doing a temporary gig for some friends who will be able to pay me next week. It's a job I enjoy.

(Side note: I’m going to put off doing anymore YouTube videos until I can afford better equipment.)

So, a little here and a little there. And, if you’re inclined to hit my tip jar, I would be grateful, as always. (I do need $75 to give to my landlord in a couple of days.) Thanks to the others who have already done so!
